4-Day Mind–Body Reset

Over four days, you will experience a carefully curated sequence of Abhyanga (therapeutic oil massage) to improve circulation and relax the body, Shirodhara to calm the nervous system and promote deep mental relaxation, Matra Bastiand Kashaya Basti to support detoxification, balance Vata, and improve digestive and metabolic function, along with an Access Bars® session to release mental stress, limiting thoughts, and emotional tension.
