In this Ayurvedic massage course, you will learn various techniques including Abhyanga (full body massage), Shiroabhyanga (head massage), and Shirodhara. Additional treatments such as Padaabhyanga (foot massage), Udhwartanam, and Lepanam (herbal body scrub and wrap) will also be covered. Experience unique therapies like Elakixhi (bundle massage) and Netratarpana (eye treatment), along with selecting oils based on Dosha for optimal effects. Full therapy practice will be emphasized, especially relevant for those pursuing the Ayurveda diploma program.
