Elakixhi (bundle massage), Netratarpana (Eye Treatment)

Oil selection based on Dosha

Full therapy practice

Introduction to Panchakarma, Purva Karma (pre-procedures)

Snehan & Swedan basics

Indication and contraindications of Virechana, Basti, Nasya, Vaman and Raktamokshana

Hands-on Basti and Nasya practicals

Planning a Panchakarma for detoxification and therapy
