A classical Ayurvedic system of deep detoxification and healing
Panchakarma is a classical Ayurvedic system of internal cleansing and rejuvenation, described in ancient texts such as the Charaka Samhita , The word Panchakarma literally means “five actions” and refers to five specialised therapeutic procedures designed to remove deeply accumulated toxins, restore digestive strength (agni), and rebalance the body’s functional energies (doshas).
Unlike surface-level detox programmes, Panchakarma works at a systemic level, addressing the root causes of disease by correcting digestion, metabolism, elimination, and nervous system balance. When practiced correctly, it supports physical health, mental clarity, emotional stability, and long-term wellbeing.
Virechana is a controlled purgation therapy aimed at eliminating excess Pitta and toxins from the liver, gallbladder, and intestines. Classical texts recommend Virechana for chronic digestive issues, inflammatory conditions, hormonal imbalance, and persistent skin disorders.
When performed under medical supervision, Virechana helps restore digestive balance, reduce internal heat, and bring lightness to the body and mind.
Basti is considered the cornerstone of Panchakarma, especially for conditions related to Vata imbalance. Using medicated oils and herbal decoctions prepared as per classical formulations, Basti works deeply on the colon, nervous system, joints, and musculoskeletal health.
It is commonly indicated in chronic pain, constipation, arthritis, neurological disorders, fatigue, anxiety, and degenerative conditions.
Nasya therapy involves the administration of medicated oils or herbal preparations through the nasal passages, traditionally regarded as the gateway to the brain. It is recommended for sinus congestion, migraines, headaches, neck stiffness, mental fatigue, and emotional imbalance.
Properly administered Nasya supports mental clarity, improved sleep, and nervous system regulation.
Vamana is a therapeutic emesis designed to eliminate excess Kapha from the stomach and respiratory tract. Classical texts indicate Vamana in specific conditions such as chronic respiratory disorders, allergies, metabolic imbalance, and excessive mucus accumulation.
This therapy is offered only when clearly indicated and is always performed with thorough preparation and medical oversight.
Raktamokshan is a specialised therapy aimed at removing impurities from the blood and local tissues. It is traditionally recommended for chronic skin conditions, localized inflammation, and certain toxin-related disorders.
This therapy is applied selectively and responsibly, following classical guidelines and individual assessment.
All Panchakarma therapies at our centre use high-quality Ayurvedic oils, ghritas, and herbal preparations, sourced from authentic traditional pharmacies. Medicines are chosen and customised according to the individual’s needs rather than generic protocols.
Therapies are administered by trained, compassionate, and experienced therapists, ensuring precision, comfort, and safety throughout the process. Every stage—from assessment to aftercare—is personally guided by Dr Renuka Yadav, maintaining clinical integrity and authenticity.
Panchakarma is not a quick cleanse or a wellness trend. It is a deep, conscious reset that supports the body’s innate intelligence to heal, restore balance, and rebuild resilience at physical, mental, and emotional levels.
When practiced correctly, Panchakarma allows individuals to return to daily life with improved digestion, reduced stress, clearer thinking, and renewed vitality.
At our centre, Panchakarma is not offered as a standardised package. Each programme is planned strictly according to classical Ayurvedic principles, following detailed assessment and preparation.
All therapies are:
This ensures that detoxification is safe, effective, and respectful of the body’s capacity to heal.
Panchakarma should always be personalised and medically guided. We recommend beginning with a consultation to determine which therapies—Virechana, Basti, Nasya, Vamana, or Raktamokshan—are appropriate for you.
